Yes, that’s exactly what I said.
This video is a great example of how one company uses SCRUM in real life. Jim Kinter and me have written about SCRUM before on this site, and this video gives you a great idea of what it is. It can also be played to some hip-hop music. This is cool! I was once a developer.
This is also a shout out to the PMClinic mailing group “weekly situation” regarding a development team that is very good at the technical aspect, but not good at project management. My advice: Show your development team this video, and other videos related to agile methodologies, among other things. Find out their pain points and explain to them how this can solve them. Then let them get on with what they do best: The work at hand.

Scrum methodology by Soul’ on Vimeo. This movie was made during a scrum project. This was a wonderful experience that lasted 6 months. It involved sharing, exchange, stress, but also lots of humor, and finally, 2 Web Portals. There is no lobbying or commercial here! We are simply sharing a great way to help you realize your project. There will be no commercials for our company. Scrum is part the “Agile world” method and is completely free.
